Inner Harbor jogger wants a running mate

I jog the Inner Harbor loop every morning and I've watched them build that whole area up from nothing. I'm twenty nine, civil engineer, and I worked on some of those projects so I see them differently than most people. I want someone who's curious about the world he moves through, who asks questions about how things work, and who doesn't glaze over when I talk about infrastructure. I know that's niche but I've learned that shared curiosity matters more than shared hobbies. Teach me about something you love and I'll teach you about stormwater management and we'll call it even.
