Carousel Mall survivor wants authenticity

I remember when it was Carousel Mall and I still call it that even though it's Destiny now and half the stores are gone. I'm twenty seven, retail manager at Shoppingtown, and I've been in customer service so long I smile when I'm angry, which is concerning. I want someone real, someone who doesn't perform, someone who'll tell me when he's having a bad day instead of saying fine. I'm tired of surface level. I want the messy honest stuff. If you can be vulnerable without being a mess about it, we might get somewhere worth going.
