Keeping expectations low but hopes high and an open mind

I have to say, i want to find someone who'll try new things with me whether it's food or activities or experiences. Candidly, i'm the type who buys organizational containers and then never organizes anything. In all seriousness, i'm into making my own salsa and I've started roasting tomatillos for a green version. I'm not looking for anything heavy but I want someone to explore with in Chicago without pressure. I'm free most evenings and I'd love to go for a walk somewhere in Las Cruces.
