Ready for whatever happens and hoping to meet someone interesting

Between you and me, i'm an over-packer who brings enough clothes for a month for a weekend trip. At this point in my life, i'm not in a rush to settle down but I'm also not interested in wasting time on things going nowhere. In all seriousness, i'm into making my own tempeh and I have a warm spot in my kitchen for fermenting. I'm free most evenings and I'd love to get coffee somewhere in Dallas.
