Seeking someone consistent and seeing where it goes

At this point in my life, i've been through a lot and I want someone who can be my safe place. In all seriousness, i'm the friend who sends article links with no context and expects you to read them immediately. I admit that i go to the beach to walk and I pick up trash along the way because it's my beach too. I'm free Saturday mornings and I'd love to try a new restaurant somewhere in Daytona Beach.
