Santa Ynez wine wanderer

I spend more weekends in the Santa Ynez valley than in town and I'm not sorry. I'm 36, a restaurant manager, and my schedule is brutal but my life is good. I'm looking for someone who understands the hospitality life and doesn't mind that my weekends are Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I'm direct, passionate, and I've been told I'm a lot, which I've decided is a compliment. I want a man who can match my energy and calm my nervous system. Red wine, long drives, and someone who actually listens. That's what I'm after.
