Lower State resident seeking

I live on lower State and I've watched this street change more times than I can count. I'm 37, a bartender who's also finishing a degree in psychology, because why not do everything at once. I'm looking for someone who's okay with chaos and can see through it to the calm. I'm smart, funny, and I've been told I'm intimidating, which is code for has boundaries.
