Want to meet new people and hoping for a spark

I admit that i'm the kind of person who has a routine for everything and gets thrown off when it's disrupted. Candidly, i want someone who's okay with the fact that I sometimes need a Sunday alone to recharge. Candidly, i'm into making my own salsa and I've started roasting tomatillos for a green version. I'm free Thursday through Sunday and I'd love to get tacos somewhere in Lakeland. What I want is someone to discover new spots with around Buffalo and see where it goes. Honestly, if you can show me a side of Portland I haven't seen yet I want to meet you.
