I run the river trail every morning before work and the Genesee looks different every single day depending on the light. I'm 30, an actuary, and running is how I process everything. Bad day at work, I run. Good news, I run. Existential dread, I run farther. I want someone who moves. Not necessarily a runner, but someone who treats his body like it matters.
