Keeping expectations low but hopes high and seeing what happens

I admit that i'm into making chocolate from scratch and I've spent a fortune on equipment. I have to say, i want someone who thinks a relationship should be a safe harbor not a storm. In all seriousness, i'm a natural optimist who genuinely believes things will work out even when evidence suggests otherwise.
