Downtown walks and deeper conversations

I moved to Modesto from Turlock two years ago after my divorce and I like it more than I expected — downtown has this weird energy that feels like it's becoming something. I'm thirty-two, a graphic designer working remotely for a Bay Area firm, which sounds fancy and means I sit at a desk in yoga pants staring at a screen. I want someone to pull me out of my routine. A man who'd walk through downtown with me on a Friday evening, find some hole-in-the-wall we've never tried, and talk about something that isn't work. I'm introverted but opinionated, I have a dog who needs more walks than I give him, and I want someone who makes me braver. That's the real ask.
