Rogue Valley Mall is not a date

I'm going to be upfront: if your idea of a first date is meeting at the Rogue Valley Mall food court, we are not compatible. I say this with love. I'm twenty-seven, I work in HR at a distribution center, and I have apparently become the person with standards, which happened without me noticing. I want someone who picks a real spot, a real time, and shows up clean and on time. That's the bar. I'm warm once I trust you, I give thoughtful gifts, I know every good happy hour between here and Ashland, and I make a convincing argument for staying in on a rainy night. Just not at the mall.
