Hot Springs road trips, warm company

Every few months I drive to Hot Springs for the day — the bathhouses, the mountain views, the bizarre wonderful history of that town — and I always think how much better it would be with someone who appreciates a weird little American place as much as I do. I'm thirty-two, a museum exhibit designer, and roughly eighteen months ago a relationship ended because he thought my enthusiasm for odd historical sites was eccentric and I thought his lack of it was dull. We agreed to disagree. I want a man who's curious about the world in all its strangeness, who'd rather take a day trip to somewhere unusual than another generic dinner out.
