Junction Bridge walks, crossroads heart

I walk the Junction Bridge every night after dinner, back and forth between Little Rock and North Little Rock, and there's something about standing in the middle over the river that puts things in perspective — my problems always look smaller from up there. I'm thirty-three, a pharmacist at a hospital downtown, and about a year ago a three-year relationship fractured because he accepted that I wasn't going to change my career or my priorities to accommodate his comfort. I'm proud of that choice. I want a man who admires ambition rather than tolerating it, who has his own goals, and who sees a driven woman as a partner, not a competitor. I'm focused, caring, and I have a dry wit that people either love or don't quite catch. I want someone who catches it and fires back. If you can make me laugh, you're already ahead of most.
