Just getting back out there

Thirty-one, I've been single for three years by choice, doing the work, reading the books, going to the therapy. I'm a social worker in Lexington and I give a lot of myself at work, which means I'm protective of my off time. I want someone who doesn't need to be entertained. Someone who can sit on the couch and read separate books and call that a good evening. I'm direct, I don't play games, and I'll tell you on the second date if I think it's going somewhere. I love the season when the dogwoods bloom, I love a man who smells like cedar, and I want someone who makes me feel safe enough to be soft.
