Single and done being sad about it

Forty-four, never married, no kids, and I'm tired of treating that like a confession. I'm an accountant, I own my house off Tates Creek, and I've built a good life. I just haven't found a person to share it with. I want someone who's also comfortable in his own life but wants to add to it. Someone who'll do a weekend trip to the bourbon distilleries and not get sloppy. Someone who'll help me rake leaves in October because that's what people who care about each other do. I'm practical, I'm affectionate when I trust you, and I'll remember how you take your coffee for thirty years. I'm in this for the long game.
