Volker neighborhood girl wants slow mornings

I rent a bungalow in Volker and my landlord is a saint for not raising my rent. I'm twenty five, veterinary tech, which means I smell like dog and come home with scratches and I need someone who finds that endearing or at least tolerable. I want slow Sunday mornings with coffee on the porch, someone who'll run to Trader Joe's with me, and who won't freak out when I bring home a foster kitten without asking.
