Come sit on the porch

Forty-three, divorced, two kids grown and gone, and I'm in a season of my life I didn't expect. I work at a community college, I mentor young women, and I've got a peace about me that took decades to earn. I want someone in the same season. Someone who's done chasing and wants to settle into something real. I love a Saturday morning on my porch with coffee and a book, I love the way the light comes through the oaks in my yard, and I want a man who can be still. I'm not interested in rushing. I want to take walks, cook together, watch the seasons change. If that sounds slow to you, I'm not your person.
