Seeking someone consistent and keeping expectations low

Really though, i want someone who understands that I have triggers from my past and is patient with them. Between you and me, i'm the person who keeps a journal and writes in it religiously for a week then abandons it for months. What I want is someone to be spontaneous with around Hartford and see where it goes. Between you and me, i go to the forest to hike and I identify every mushroom I see with my guidebook.
