Single again and taking the leap

I have to say, i want someone who has enough self-awareness to know their own shortcomings and is working on them. At this point in my life, i'm into making bread and I've mastered a sourdough that makes my apartment smell incredible. Between you and me, i'm the type who makes detailed pros and cons lists and then makes decisions based on gut feeling.
