Newly single and nervous

Thirty-three, just ended a six-year relationship in January and I'm still figuring out who I am without him. We moved to Hartford together and now it's just me in the apartment and it's too quiet. I work in fundraising for a university, I'm good at small talk and bad at talking about myself. I want someone who'll ask me questions and actually listen to the answers. Someone patient with a woman who's a little wobbly right now. I like long walks with no destination, I like the way the river looks at dusk, and I like a man who's gentle without being boring.
