Grateful for second acts

Forty-five, twice divorced, two kids in middle school who think I'm uncool and are wrong. I work in HR at a hospital and I've seen enough workplace drama to fill a novel. I'm at the point where I know exactly who I am and what I want, and I won't pretend otherwise. I want a man who's done pretending too.
