Chef's wife energy, minus the wife

Twenty-six, I work line at a restaurant downtown and my schedule is a nightmare for dating. Most people give up by the third canceled date. I'm hoping someone here gets it. I'm tattooed, I swear too much, I can cook you something incredible at one in the morning after my shift. I want someone who doesn't need me to be available at normal hours, who thinks a post-shift drink at a dive bar is a real date. I'm rough around the edges and soft in the middle. I don't trust easily but when I do I'm ride or die. No snobs, no flakes, no one who thinks restaurant work isn't a real job.
