Recovering perfectionist seeks imperfect man

Forty-four, divorced three years, two teenagers who are with their dad every other weekend. I'm a project manager at an insurance firm—I know, very Hartford of me—and I'm good at my job because I'm a little controlling. Trying to be less of that in my personal life.
