Single mom with a full plate

I'm thirty-nine, I have a seven-year-old who is the center of my universe, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise. His dad is not in the picture, so I'm doing this solo and mostly holding it together. I work remote in marketing, which means I live in yoga pants and my couch has a permanent indent. What I want is simple: an adult conversation that doesn't involve Paw Patrol. Someone who'll meet me for a late dinner at a place on Franklin Square after my kid's asleep and my sister's watching him. I'm not looking for a stepdad. I'm looking for a person who sees me, not just the mom version.
