Harrisburg summer humidity and heat

I'm twenty-three and I've never gotten used to how thick the air gets here in July. I'm from upstate New York originally, moved down for school, stayed for a job in retail management. I'm looking for someone who'll suffer through the humidity with me and then reward ourselves with ice cream somewhere with good AC. I'm bubbly, impulsive, I once got a tattoo on a lunch break because I was bored, and I want someone who finds my spontaneity exciting rather than concerning. I'm young but I know what I want, which is someone genuine, someone consistent, and someone who'll text back before the sun goes down.
