Capital area newcomer needs a guide

I moved here from Baltimore four months ago for a job at PinnacleHealth and I still get lost every time I cross the river. I'm thirty-one, a surgical tech, and I'm looking for someone who'll be patient with my terrible sense of direction and show me the good stuff — the spots only locals know, the shortcuts, the place with the best coffee that isn't a chain. I'm outgoing, I make friends easily, but dating is harder than friendship and I'm tired of doing it alone.
