Heritage Hill House and a Hungry Heart

I bought a century-old house in Heritage Hill two years ago and I've been renovating it one room at a time with YouTube tutorials and stubborn optimism. I'm 38, a structural engineer, and yes, I know the difference between load-bearing and decorative walls, which has saved my life more than once. The neighborhood is gorgeous but it's also full of couples pushing strollers, which can feel isolating when you're flying solo. I want a man who's handy or at least willing to hold a flashlight while I'm under a sink. Someone who sees a project not as work but as an adventure. My hands are usually dirty and my hair is usually up, but clean up well for a night at the symphony.
