Downtown Loft Life and Empty Second Chair
Age: 25
I moved into a downtown loft last spring and I have a beautiful second chair that faces the window and nobody to sit in it. I'm 40, a real estate developer, and I've been so focused on building things that I forgot to build a personal life. I'm ready to course-correct. I want a man who appreciates architecture and city life but also knows when to escape to nature. I'm complicated and I know it. I'm driven and sometimes distant, but when I'm in, I'm all in. I've been told I'm a lot, and I've decided that's not a flaw. It's a feature for the right person. If you can handle a woman with ambition and tenderness in equal measure, that chair has your name on it.
