I discovered paddleboarding at Millennium Park two summers ago and it changed my life, which sounds dramatic for a flat body of water but I stand by it. I'm 32, a fitness instructor, and being on the water is the only time my racing mind goes quiet. I'm looking for someone who has a way to decompress that doesn't involve a screen.
