I'm 39, I'm a small animal vet, and I've held too many paws at the end of too many lives to have any patience for dishonesty. Death makes you direct. I moved to Gainesville for a job at a practice here and I've fallen for this town in a way I didn't expect. The live oaks and the way everyone drives five under the speed limit — it's contagious, this slowness. I want to meet a man who's emotionally available, who's done with the chase and ready for something steady.
