Kitchen Confidence, Dating Nervousness

I'm a chef at one of the farm-to-table spots downtown and I'm confident behind a line but a total wreck on a date. I'm 32, Italian-American, and food is how I express everything I can't say out loud. If I cook for you, it means I like you, and if I make you something complicated, it means I really like you. I've been single for three years because restaurant hours are brutal and most people can't handle dating someone who works nights and weekends. The Saturday market at Bo Diddley Plaza is where I source and where I decompress. I want a man who eats adventurously and doesn't mind that I'll critique the plating.
