Seeking someone adventurous and maybe grab drinks

I'm looking for someone who can handle my intensity because I love hard when I love. I'm the person who keeps a journal of funny things strangers say within earshot. I'm into making my own granola and I've perfected a maple pecan version. I'm not looking for anything heavy but I want someone to grab drinks with in Houston without pressure.
