Want to laugh and looking for good conversation

I have to say, i want someone who'll challenge me intellectually and not just agree with everything I say. What I want is someone to try new restaurants with around Fort Collins and see where it goes. I admit that i'm a weekend market browser who talks to every vendor and buys something from each.
