Looking for uncomplicated fun and just have a good time

I have to say, i'm at a stage where I want someone to build something real with, not just someone to pass time with. I have to say, i go to the lake to water ski and I've finally learned to cross the wake. Truth is, i'm an over-preparer who packs for every possible scenario including ones that have never happened. What I want is someone to check out events with around Ann Arbor and see where it goes. I'm free during my lunch break and I'd love to find a patio somewhere in Sacramento.
