Curtis Park historic home

I bought a historic house in Curtis Park and it's eating my savings and I love it. I'm 36, an interior designer, and I'm looking for someone who'll help me strip paint on a Sunday and call it a date. I'm creative, domestic, and I have strong feelings about original hardwood. I want someone who appreciates old things and has patience for the new. I love this neighborhood's history and its diversity and its stubborn beauty. I'm looking for someone who wants to build a home, literally and otherwise. I've got the foundation and I need a partner.
