Brewery tour guide needs a break

I give brewery tours for a living and I know more about beer than is attractive and I don't care. I'm 30, a part-time guide and part-time student, and I'm looking for someone who'll come on my day off and drink somewhere I'm not working. I'm social, knowledgeable, and I need someone who can be quiet with me sometimes too. I love this city's craft scene and I want to share it with someone who's genuinely curious. I want a man who can hold his beer and his end of the conversation. Bonus if you know what a flight is without me explaining.
