Botanical Garden Wanderer Seeks Companion

My therapist says I lean toward avoidant attachment, which is probably why I've been single for two years and counting. But I'm working on it. I'm 35, I teach second grade in Bettendorf, and my favorite thing in the world is the smell of the greenhouse at Vander Veer in January when everything outside is dead and gray. I want a man who is patient and verbal, someone who can tell me what he's feeling without me having to play detective. Physical attraction matters but it's not at the top of my list.
