Homebody Who Ventures Out for the Right Person

My ideal weekend involves staying home and I'm not going to pretend otherwise. I'm 36, I work as a medical coder, and I interact with people enough at work that my social battery is usually dead by Friday. But I'm lonely in a way that Netflix can't fix, and I've decided to try meeting someone even though every part of me wants to cancel the date fifteen minutes before. I have a cozy apartment overlooking the river and I want to share it with someone who understands the appeal of a quiet evening.
