I write in coffee shops because my apartment has too many distractions and not enough natural light. I'm 21, a senior at St. Ambrose studying journalism, and I'm working on a novel that will probably never be published but I don't care. I want to be a writer and I'll figure out the money later. I'm attracted to passionate people. I don't care if your passion is music, fixing cars, or growing tomatoes. Just care about something deeply. The Quad Cities is bigger than people give it credit for and I'm trying to squeeze everything I can out of it before graduation. Find me at my usual corner table and tell me something I don't know.
