I'm 37 with two kids, ages eight and ten, and my free time comes in small precious windows that I will not waste on anyone who doesn't respect them. I work as an office manager and my ex pays child support and shows up for his weekends, so there's no drama there. What there isn't is a lot of margin for flakiness.
