Ready for someone who shows up with no expectations

Honestly, i'm into making my own cheese and I've started making feta which is easier than I thought. Really though, i want someone who'll go hiking with me at dawn because that's when the trails are best. At this point in my life, i'm the person who has strong feelings about which parking spot is best. What I want is someone to be spontaneous with around Bismarck and see where it goes.
