Choo Choo area, not a tourist

I work near the old Choo Choo terminal and I love that part of town — it's got history and character. I'm twenty-six, a software developer, and I moved here from the Midwest a year ago for work. I don't know a lot of people yet and I'm hoping to change that. I'm looking for a man who's curious about the world, who can make me laugh, and who isn't afraid of a woman who's smarter than him in some areas. I like exploring my new city, cooking ambitious meals, and I'm learning to love the humidity, sort of. I want something that starts as fun and has the potential to become more.
