Highland Park home, heart on sleeve

I bought a little house in Highland Park two years ago and I've been slowly fixing it up ever since. I'm thirty-seven, an occupational therapist, and I've been single for three years after a six-year marriage. The divorce was hard but I'm better for it. I want a man who's handy or at least willing to try, who's patient, and who sees a home as something you build together. I'm creative, stubborn in a good way, and I cry at renovation shows, which is embarrassing but true. I want someone who's emotionally available and ready to invest in something real.
