Montford driver wants a passenger

I drive through Montford on my way home from work and those big houses with the wraparound porches make me dream bigger than my salary. I'm thirty three, logistics manager at a warehouse near the airport, and I didn't go to college and I'm not going to pretend I did. I want someone who respects hard work over credentials, who doesn't define success by a degree, and who thinks a woman who manages a warehouse full of guys is impressive, not intimidating. I'm direct, I'm loyal, and I don't have time for anyone who makes me feel less than.
