Keeping expectations low but hopes high and looking for good vibes

At this point in my life, i'm a morning person who genuinely enjoys waking up at five and I know that's annoying. Between you and me, i bake sourdough bread and I talk about my starter like it's a pet. Truth is, my therapist said I should put myself out there more so here I am, following instructions. What I want is someone to try new restaurants with around Knoxville and see where it goes. I'm free during my lunch break and I'd love to check out that new spot somewhere in Bloomington.
