New England Nights and Nobody to Share Them

I moved to Bridgeport from Providence about a year ago for a nursing job at St. Vincent's. The schedule is brutal — three twelve-hour shifts and then I crash for a day and a half — but on my days off I like to do things that have nothing to do with hospitals. I want to find someone who understands that sometimes I'll be too tired to go out and that's not a rejection, it's just exhaustion. I'm 30, half-Irish, half-Ecuadorian, and I apparently make a pozole that's worth waiting for. The Beardsley Zoo is my guilty pleasure on a quiet afternoon. If you can handle a woman who occasionally falls asleep mid-sentence, we might get along just fine.
