Trying This One More Time

I deleted this profile twice already and here I am again, which either makes me optimistic or delusional. I'm 35, I grew up in Stratford, and I've been single for two years after ending an engagement that should've ended two years before that. I work in event planning, which means I spend my weekends making other people's romantic moments happen while mine are nonexistent. I love the irony. I want someone who'll come to one of my events and not be embarrassed when I whisper behind someone's back that the centerpiece is crooked. The summer concerts at Cove Island Park are my happy place. I'm picky and I know it, but I'd rather be alone than with the wrong person again.
