Weekend Wanderer Seeks Co-Pilot

Every weekend I pick a direction and drive. Last week it was east to Mystic, the week before that up through the Litchfield Hills. I'm 35, single by choice for a while, and I've reached the point where solo road trips are getting a little sad. I teach elementary school in Bridgeport and I love those kids more than I ever expected to. What I'm missing is someone to sit in the passenger seat and control the playlist. I like men who are curious about the world, who ask questions, who'll try a weird roadside diner just because it exists. The New England autumn does something to my brain — I need to be outside when the leaves change. Come with me?
