Keeping it casual this weekend

I'm looking for someone who thinks loyalty is proven in the hard times not the easy ones. I'm a chronic over-committer who says yes to everything and then has a breakdown in my car. I do painting with oils and I've started a series of city skylines. I'm free Monday and Tuesday when I'm off and I'd love to find a patio somewhere in Cedar Rapids.
